Litigation Support - Accident Investigation

With hundreds of years of combined crane related service experience, the technical staff of NACB, Inc. has the expertise to support your litigation needs. With personnel strategically located throughout the United States, we have been selected as expert witnesses for attorneys all across the continent.

Our litigation support staff remains very active at all levels of regulatory body activity and provide direct representation in ASME/ANSI standards development, federal and state rule-making advisory groups, and national crane and rigging association activities

NACB TECHNICAL SERVICES DIVISION provides the following litigation support services:

• Accident Investigation
  Immediate on-site support is available to assess damages and to interview associated parties regarding the events leading up to the accident. Photographs and video recordings are made at the accident scene. Permanent data is retrieved and stored for future review.

• Accident Reconstruction
  Utilizing all available data (photographs, depositions, material analyses, etc.), determinations are made as to the most probable cause or causes of the accident.
