Course and Training Products and Services
All customers who purchase a online training course will be given access within 4 business hours.
All customers who purchase a physical book or product will be shipped out within the next business day.
All customers who purchase a training course will be scheduled in the class that they sign up for or the program that they sign up for.
We have the right to cancel any orders after placed if there is a price change. As we deal with over 500 publishers, sometimes the publishers do not notify us of the price change ahead of time. We work hard to stay on top of price changes and keep our prices current on our website.
All new, unused NorAm Products may be returned within 10 days of purchase for full purchase price less shipping & handling and a 10% restock fee. Unless special order items.
We are unable to issue a refund for your purchase. Please confirm the items that you require prior to making your purchase.
For defective or broken products, we will replace the item in the order.
Contact us via email to obtain a Return Authorization Number before sending any items back to us. We cannot accept a return without a Return Authorization Number. A copy of the itemized customer invoice listing the returned items must be enclosed with your return shipment. The customer is responsible for the shipping charges. Shipping charges are non-reimbursable. We are unable to accept a credit card draft as a sales receipt.
All returns must be in salable condition.
We are unable to accept any returns on:
- All products that are not broken or delivered incorrectly.
- Shrink wrapped items that have been opened
- Software or books with disk packages that have been opened
- Items that have been special ordered
Exchanges can be made only on old editions if there is a current edition available the week of purchase. Supervisor authorization and a receipt are required for exchange.
Quotes are valid for thirty (30) days from the time they are given. All items are subject to prior sale until a firm order is received.
Shipping/handling charges will be actual costs and are prepaid and added to your invoice (FOB Lake Mary, FL). Please note that we are not responsible for duties or import/export taxes and we will not bill for these.
Accounts are activated upon full processing of your credit application. Sorry, we cannot open accounts for non-USA companies. If you have a USA affiliate or have an office in the USA, exceptions may be made.
Purchase orders are gladly accepted for existing accounts and shipments are made according to the terms specified upon opening the account. We are unable to accept a purchase order without an existing account.
When paying by purchase order, the account number and PO number MUST be noted in the Order Instructions field during checkout. (If you do not note your existing account number, your order will be closed without processing.) We require a hard-copy PO to be submitted before your order is processed, either via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or faxed to 407-869-9970. Your order will not be processed until we receive the confirming PO. Please make sure to reference the Order ID on your cover page or in your subject line.
Our terms are net thirty (30) days, FOB Lake Mary, FL 32746, USA, shipping is prepaid and added or you may use your own freight account.
Account payments may be made by money order, cashier's check, credit cards, personal or company check.
For U.S. orders, we accept credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, money orders, personal or company checks. All payments made by check or money order will be shipped after the payment has cleared.
A credit card receipt/invoice will be included in each shipment.
We are unable to process card numbers sent via email. Please do not email your credit card number to us; it is not a secured payment method. If we receive payment card information by email, the email will be deleted immediately without further processing.
If paying by credit card, your card will be charged at the time of purchase.
Confirmed registrations may be cancelled by contacting NACB , Inc. Unless stated otherwise in written form, cancellations received thirty (30) days or earlier prior to the course start date are eligible for full refund minus 10% applicable bank fees if paid by credit card. Cancellations received between fifteen (15) and thirty (30) days prior to the course start date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. All other cancellations are liable for entire registration fee. Student and/or program substitutions are acceptable at the same or lesser tuition rate for the duration of the calendar year. NACB, Inc., reserves the right to cancel any sponsored event up to five (5) working days prior to the scheduled event start date. All travel reservations and/or cancellations are the sole responsibility of the attendee. Please make all airline and travel arrangements with this in mind.
If you are billed in Florida but are tax-exempt, note your tax exemption number in "order instructions/comments" during checkout and we will manually refund the sales tax when we process the order. (Your final invoice included with your shipment will reflect the lack of sales tax.)
Please note that we can not waive sales tax without that tax exemption number.
Out of Stock Rush Orders
Publishers add an extra fee to all orders shipped via:
- UPS Red (next day)
- UPS Blue (2nd day)
- UPS Orange (3 day)
- Drop ship (publisher to customer)
The cost of shipping from the publisher to NorAm will be at the customer's expense.
We are able to ship certain orders directly from our publishers and vendors to our customers. There are publishers and vendors that may charge a fee for drop shipped orders which will be at the expense of the customer. We will always choose the least expensive route for shipping unless otherwise requested by our customer.
NorAm updates its website on a frequent basis. We will do everything we can to honor our pricing, however if there is a current price change that has not yet been updated on our website we will send a e-mail price change notification prior to processing the order for confirmation.
We reserve the right to make changes without notice, and are not responsible for errors or omissions.
NorAm is able to ship to most international destinations. NorAm uses all the major carriers to ship. NorAm is NOT responsible for customs related issues at the destination country. NorAm has no control over whether the receiving country will hold the shipment for any reason. It is reccomended to use a United States freight forwarder for shipments over $1,000 to any international country.
